Empowering the Vulnerable in Modern Agriculture

Since 2021,I have been able to help over 12 single mothers, start up something to help them be able to have a financial sustainable life. I have help 7 internally displaced mothers with small capital to do small business to support themselves.

I have being able to assist two widows with accommodations and also help them with agricultural tools so they can be able to farm and support them and their kids who became orphans due to the anglophone crises that claimed the lives of their father’s. I have paid fees for some orphans too and some I barely just provided dresses and basic necessities for internally displaced persons.

I have always been so passionate about helping people and the compassion in my heart has made me wish I had all it takes financially to be able to support anyone I see on my way that needs help. I grow up in a middle class family and I know the challenges I went through most at times just to provide for my basic necessities and I know how the lack of basic necessities has ruined the lives of many especially young girls, some Teenagers give in to prostitution and all manner of things just so they can be able to provide just basic necessities for themselves, and that is what I am fighting for, to make sure no Teenager around me will have to do what they really don’t like to do just so they can make ends meet.

I know how difficult it is to raise a child talk less of a child being raised by just one person. Some single mothers didn’t plan to be single mothers, and the children didn’t give and invitation to be born.so I don’t want children who do not have their father suffer because of the mistakes of their parents. Some single mothers have lost all hope not because they are lazy but maybe because the man who is the father of her child or children made her believe in things and made her see light at the end of the tunnel and just one day she either wakes up with the man disappointing her by abandoning her and her child or their children or tragic death and she is left all alone to bring up the children, fend for them, educate them, provide for them which due to the so much work she carries all alone, she gives up. That is why EVUMOA is here to give them hope all over again and fight for a better tomorrow for the single mothers and their children.

Children who thought all was going well for them and due to the Anglophone crises, they lost both their mothers and fathers and most homes burnt down and maybe they lost even their homes and are now not just orphans, they are also homeless not knowing who to look up to, not knowing who to complain to, not knowing who will wipe their eyes. Because of these circumstances surrounding the stories around most orphans, we EVUMOA are here to give them a listening ear, to wipe their tears, to provide and do what you can do to make sure they go back to school, have a home, and belong so that their future will not be destroyed due to the death of their parents.
